If my son could talk, he would say, "Feed me!"

"I'm hon-gee, Mawm!" are some of Emma's favorite words.

Both my children are very good eaters. Edward eats plenty of baby food. Emma loves tomatoes, salads, tuna sandwiches and casserole, and ice cream.

Seeing my children eat makes me happy because I'm a mere 100 pounds or so, with not much of an appetite, but to see my children eat and be nourished is fulfilling.

After work, I cook. I'm constantly trying to find a simple, healthy recipe for dinner, actually, for any meal.

I don't buy cookbooks. Don't own any fancy dishes. I just need to cook something quick and easy so I have time to put my children in the bath and prepare their clothes and diaper bags for the next day.

I believe in meals cooked at home, eating dinners at the dinner table, eating a variety of foods, but I'm in need of some new recipes, something that is tasty, something that my children and I can enjoy. Do you know of any?
