Rep. Tom Cole of Oklahoma, chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee and an enrolled member of the Chickasaw Tribe, spoke briefly at the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minn., on Thursday. Cole is the only Native American serving in Congress.
